Developers are aware of the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, if you encounter the error we have seen that refreshing the page and then attempting to access the file again has resolved the error. |

WSU Canvas Instance | July 3. 2020 12-12:30 a.m. PDT | Canvas Maintenance Event | Canvas support will be performing a brief maintenance event on the WSU Canvas instance on July 3rd beginning at 12:00 am. This maintenance event will last for up to 30 minutes and users will not be able to access Canvas for up to 15 minutes while the maintenance event is underway. However, full access and functionality within the WSU Canvas instance will be restored no later than 12:30 am PDT. |
New Quizzes Outcomes service | June 30, 2020 10-10:30 p.m. PDT | Database maintenance | Canvas support is performing database maintenance on the Outcomes service for New Quizzes on June 30, beginning at 10:00 PM PDT. The maintenance will last no longer than 30 minutes, so full functionality will be restored by 10:30 pm PDT. Users will have access to Canvas during this maintenance. However, instructors will be unable to interact with outcomes within New Quizzes for approximately 3-5 minutes at some point during this maintenance process, and should plan work needs accordingly. Thank you for your patience as the team works to continue the best user experience possible with timely maintenance. |
